Annual: pay for 10 months and use 12; the yearly allowance can be used whenever you like.
How we count: a contract counts once, when it is sent for signature (up to 10 signatories); a certificate counts once per student, and reissuing to correct details does not count. Users are the people from your institution who sign in to DokStamp; signatories, students and representatives of partner institutions do not pay.

Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. SEPA Direct Debit is coming soon; Institutional contracts can pay by bank transfer or Multibanco reference.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in the customer portal and the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; 23% VAT is added at checkout (for example, Essential: €35.67/month incl. VAT; Professional: €183.27/month incl. VAT). EU businesses with a valid VAT number can request the reverse charge.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you like.
In a joint programme, do partner institutions need a subscription?
No. Joint programmes are available on every plan, including Free, and only the coordinating institution needs a DokStamp account. It organises issuance and invites representatives of partner institutions by e-mail to sign. Signing does not replace academic recognition of the programme, which follows each institution’s and country’s rules.
Does the AI send contracts on its own?
No. The AI fills in the parties’ details and indexing fields; an operator reviews and confirms, and only then does the platform send the signature e-mails. The AI does not perform legal review or approve clauses.
Is it a qualified signature (eIDAS)?
No. It is an electronic signature with our own certificate and cryptographic proof, admissible as evidence in the EU. Qualified signatures are on the roadmap.
Where is the data stored?
The platform, the data and the AI used for contracts are hosted in the European Union. DokStamp is built by Prexis Labs Digital Services, Lda., a Portuguese company.
What does "unverified issuer" mean?
Until we confirm your organisation’s identity (usually 1 to 2 business days), documents show that notice. It disappears once you are verified.
Can I use only contracts or only certificates?
Yes. The contract and certificate allowances come in the same plan; use just what you need.
What if I issue more than 3,000 certificates a year?
Professional annual includes 1,800 certificates a year; with overage, online subscriptions go up to 3,000 certificates in 12 months. Above that, talk to us about the Institutional plan.
